What: The first wave of newcomers arrive in the hospital.

The common room is just as brightly lit and white as the rest of the hospital. There are some scattered seats - large plush chairs and stiff looking couches, as well as wooden chairs at tables - and a TV blaring local soap operas in the corner. A few long tables are set up along the walls, each with a sign dangling down from the front to inform newcomers of what they can find here. Housing, job opportunities, and the Proxima Gamma Information Desk. Minus a few pamphlets about the unique attractions the island has to offer, there isn’t really that much of use on the last table. It’s clearly meant more for tourists than people who have been kidnapped.

Another set of tables hold a variety of snacks; fruits, vegetables, various candies, as well as a table with water, punch, and soda. No alcohol, unfortunately - this is a hospital, after all. You’ll have to leave to go find a bar for something stronger than that.

There’s not much place else to go - so come on in, settle down, and maybe find a familiar face, if you’re lucky.

Kim thought for a moment. "Yeah, I guess so." She wasn't really interested in 'toys' though. Any minor gadget she built was just a stepping stone on the way to something BIGGER.

"I'm not really a revenge type or anything though. I'd probably be more likely to just go hide in my room or something."

She slid back over to Chloe. She contemplated on reaching out to grab something squishy but chickened out. "So were we still gonna do more stuff or...?"

Chloe blinked and she took a step in when Kimiko came up that close, her grin predatory. "Not a terrible survival tactic, as long as you're not dealing with the stalker type," she said softly, a hand reaching up to brush along the woman's chin. She wasn't going to quite say it, but yes. She was that type.

"But why don't we do something a little lighter. Like get you something to eat and just relax? We can have more ... fun in a little bit. Maybe on a hospital bed while we still have the chance to play nurse."

"I could use some coffee," Kim said. "Like they actually have like normal amounts of coffee, right, we don't have to ration it out..."

She was salivating at just the thought. Coffee.

She snickered. "I think, based on the fact that we just blew through that much water and nobody came after us, that we don't need to worry about rationing quite so much," she said, motioning for her to follow as she started getting dressed. "Let's get the both of us something to drink. You've been doing without far too long."

Kim blushed and got dressed, following Chloe without complaint, perhaps the smallest bit smitten.
